sending sms is error when incoming call. how to solve it?

I use the ATSMS library for sending a sms list but sending is error when in incoming call go.
I have tested to get incoming call event and hangup calling but event don't rise on my program then i can't hangup it.
pls help me. i use C# .net to coding my program.
