QRCode Version 1

Hi there,
I am trying to encode the following numeric string:
465622311281235054212132173
It should be "version 1" but when I try version 1 with correction levels L & M the resulting qrcode cannot be decoded (giving up).
When I try the Q option then the resulting qrcode differs in the last 3 digits:
465622311281235054212132236
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?
